What are your credentials?
(also, How do you know so much about writing?)

Our founder, Allison, was an English Literature and Composition major at Florida State University where she graduated with an A average in 1993. In the past 15 years she has worked in marketing for several different technology companies. This has required an enormous amount of direct marketing and writing for publications, both offline and online. Allison is also a frequent speaker and writer for the Charleston-area and national American Marketing Associations.

I've noticed a few grammatical errors on your site; are you sure you're an expert?

Yes! :) Sadly, today's English is no longer "the king's" - especially when it comes to online marketing. Today's audience prefers to read online text that is more conversational. So dangling prepositions, sentence fragments, and even the occasional run-on is accepted and effective.

I need some help writing. What do you charge?

Some of the help we provide is free! More detailed help, such as drafting an email campaign with associated web site content, does entail a per job fee. Please contact us to describe your needs and receive a quick quote.

Why is there no email address to reach you directly?

In a word, spam. Unprotected email addresses are subject to such outrageous amounts of spam that we'd probably never find your question buried under all the muck. So it's better if you fill out the contact form and let us get back to you directly.
